At AJ Sports, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unused condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your AJ Sports account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Gear
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective wraps and tags are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Package
Attach the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
